Love the special sushi rolls, especially Snow Village.Service was great when available. They were too busy. Water and tea refills took a while. Understandable. The atmosphere was pretty good.

My parents and I were around the area and wanted to try some place new so we found this restaurant and decided to go. The food was great, but disappointing customer service. I have worked at customer service for many years so I know you can't be always in a good mood, but one of the waitress didn't seem to acknowledge us when we were calling them. She seemed like she didn't want to work here. The restaurant was not even busy. Overall, the food and the atmosphere were nice but customer service needs improvement.

I ordered the spicy salmon sashimi don for lunch. The portion was huge that I couldn't even finish it. The meal was fresh and delicious, so good. It had the right amount of spicy and cucumbers. Service was quick, just how it should be for a lunch service.

Amazing quality and quantity, highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic Japanese dishes but on a budget.

I love the assorted sashimi plate the best. Super thick sashimi pieces with great texture and varieties. Beef yaki udon was also great as it's rich and chewy with strong bonito flavors. Dynamite roll was more on the plain side. They serve dishes super fast which is also great.

This is not too far from this great sushi restaurant is not too far from the Vancouver airport. Everything was delicious very quickly. I highly recommend this place.

The store has plenty of seats and good lighting, making it perfect for gatherings! The shop assistants are very friendly and make you feel good~Food part:- Awesome roll $17.95: Wow, the presentation is very thoughtful and looks very impressive. The filling is seasoned crab sticks + avocado, and the outside is salmon and spicy tuna sauce. It’s very tasty, but you’ll get tired of it after eating it for a long time, hahaha- Sashimi and sushi combo $21.75: The sashimi is so thick and large! ! Every seafood is very fresh It’s so satisfying to eat.- Box sushi (aburi salmon battera) $22.95: This actually puzzles me (?) There is so much rice and there is cream cheese in it. The top is salmon, cheese and teriyaki sauce. I ate half a piece and felt so tired. I don’t quite understand this ?Overall, it is satisfactory! The service is good, the food is delicious, and the price is reasonable~ I’ll try other rolls next time!- Appetizer tempura $9.5:

Great neighbourhood sushi restaurant for some Vancouver style sushi. The value is definitely there, and you won't leave hungry.

Sushi was fairly fresh and reasonable value, but I won’t be returning. Advertised online as free parking but there is only paid parking available. In Richmond :( plenty of other sushi options where you don’t have to add another $4 onto your bill. I’d only come back if Sushi Mura actually reimbursed parking or had designated spots. It’s egregious to claim otherwise and leaves a negative impression for the customer.

Came here with a couple friends and our kids & instantly the service we came into was hostile. The waitress was incredibly rude. Not only to us, but to our CHILDREN.She spoke to my daughter in a disgusting tone, just for picking up chopsticks and going to hand them out to our table. She snapped and said, ‘excuse me’ & took them from her hands just so she could place them in a plate and put them on a table— my daughter is 8 years old, and was trying to be helpful. My son, who is 2, was singing at the table while she was taking orders.. she looked at him, looked back at a waiter waiting by the chefs across the restaurant, rolled her eyes and shook her head. She never came to check on our table once. Never asked how our food was or if we needed anything. & than we had to hunt her down just to get a to-go box and our bill.Than has the audacity to be surprised that none of us wanted to tip.If you don’t want kids or families in your restaurant, make a sign or post about it. Every sushi restaurant we have EVER been to has always been very welcoming, extremely kind and displayed great hospitality— especially to our children. If you are looking for a place to have a nice lunch with family— do NOT choose this place. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone & will not be returning.

Bit of a wait before you sit and nowhere to make a reservation online before. Also, service was kind of slow we had to wait a while before getting water and they had forgot to bring some things out. However the food was amazing and was some of the best sushi I’ve had. The fantastic roll was my favourite and I would highly recommend it!

Waited about ~20 minutes at sushimura for a Friday night. The service was really slow and we had to flag down people to get water and to order and to get our bill. The presentation of the sushi was amazing though, the fantastic roll was really good, and we also got the awesome roll and deep fried roll which were just ok. I’ve had better sushi elsewhere but the presentation was unmatched!
