Got the avocado slush. It was surprisingly good. They had a machine that I thought would make my drink but it was the person. Still good tho!

Ordered through ubereats today while getting my hair done. The WORST bubble tea my fiance and I have ever had. We had the jasmine tea latte with osmanthus jelly. Extremely watered down, zero tea taste, and super cheap on the osmanthus topping (when we paid extra).
Do not recommend this place, there are way better bubble tea places than this one. i.e) Chun Fun How, CoCo Fresh, Paragon. They have almost a year to iron out their kinks, but so far no changes. I rather have a real human to make my bubble tea than a robot, such a gimmick.
So bummed as we paid a premium too by ordering through ubereats. Ughhhhh, never again!! You're better off drinking bottled water as it was similar to what we purchased today.

Excellent service and delicious tea! All the staff were incredibly friendly and they have this cool robot that makes milk teas! The pineapple passion fruit tea was some of the best I’ve had! 10/10

Tried their Mango milk first time today before going to work but worst taste ever feel like throwing up and I had to garbage 7$ drink. Not worth trying it.

Passed by and saw Tea Industries so I decided to try it out. The overall experience was good, it was very cool seeing a robot making the bubble tea but the tea honestly wasn't that good, pearls were good though.

The guy working there was really nice. Unfortunately the drink was really awful. It's like drinking tea with very watered down milk. Worse bbt I had I think.

Staff was super nice to give me a lychee drink on the house, which was good. However, the pearls and the passionfruit tea which I ordered did not taste good. Unfortunately, the tea was unusually bitter and the pearls were soggy. I hope the taste gets fixed. The concept is super cool though and plan to introduce a new machine soon.

Pretty cool concept but I ordered online and when I got there I couldn’t see the robot make the drink which was really the point. The tea was not very strong and parking is extremely hard around the area. It’s located right across from Richmond centre.
