Food is good service is terrible. Came at lunch, there was no rice, waited 30 plus minutes for a dish I didn’t want. It was delicious though. Wanted to get it for my spouse later, ordered dinner there online, showed up when i was supposed to and they didn’t have the meal ready, in fact didn’t even start it. It actually too bad because the food seems great.

In general I believe that unless you have somethign good to say, it's not worth mentioning. That said, our experience with Thai Box was so exceptionally poor so I leave this review as more of a public service - particularly as there are many positive reviews. The food was exceptionally bad. I literally cannot remember worse food - which is striking considering it's my first meal of the day. At 5pm. It was spectacularly salty, lacking in flavour and didn't taste fresh. There were also odd flavors. It was so bad that after a few minutes in we just decided to call it quits. Usually we would pack up the leftovers to feed to the dogs but I don't want to put then through this. Why not ask the kitchen to redo the food? Well one of the dishes which was so bad was the fried rice. I literally do not understand how it could have been done so poorly. If you can't make fried rice, what can you do? To their credit, when I told the server that it may literally be the worst food I've ever had, she knocked off one of the dishes. I don't have an explanation for this restaurant, but just still am in shock.
