Rude co-partner!! Talked to the Manager last night regarding Miscommunication with his employee!! He gives attitude when explaining! He talks like it’s your fault, Not professional & he doesn’t know how to apologize!! When asked why the washroom is not fixed since summer. He gets defensive and he is Very very rude guy! Unacceptable! Drinks are good but costumer service sucks! Fix your attitude towards how you treat a customer! Despite spending $125.

This is the best bubble tea I've ever had! I got the Rose Earl Grey Frappe and my husband got the Watermelon slush with green apple jelly. We are both thoroughly impressed.
The rose frappe was so delicately smooth, not too sweet, and the tea flavour wasn't bitter in the least, absolutely incredible!
The watermelon slush has the taste of real watermelon, perfectly sweet, not like candy, and the jelly was the best texture.

A super cute shop under Superstore. It also carries cute anime toys and collectibles. This is my favourite bubble tea shop every time I come to Richmond. Mango supreme with pearls is my go to *chefs kiss. Highly recommend coming here!

I visited this place a while ago and used the paper menu on the counter, but was charged more than the prices listed. When I mentioned it, the staff said the menu hadn’t been updated and didn’t offer any apology. I also ordered the matcha egg waffle. It was soggy and had absolutely no matcha flavor at all.

Ordered pick up today, and I feel so bad when I totally forgot to tip but they were so patient and efficient! Loved everything they made!
Great staff and tasty options at this shop. My favorite is the real fruit Mango slush with Boba.
Great desserts and drinks love the displays selling neat collectable stuff.
They also have cup sleeve events for various Kpop groups.
July update: Mango season and they have great mango drinks.
