Buffet prices are nowhere to be found. They also charge a mandatory unadvertised 18% gratuity regardless of party size and they'll prompt you for additional tip upon payment. In addition, they will charge a 2% transaction fee if you use visa or Mastercard; Amex and debit are exempt from this fee. Food taste is below average and the selection is lacking. The cut fruits were probably the best thing they served. Won't be coming back as there are better options around the City at a similar price point.

Great view of marina. Food ok, not great. Very expensive for what you get.

Food was good, but staff was way to aggressive about retrieving dishes and cutlery from our tables, reaching in and grabbing plates we were still trying to eat from.

There is no crab like it use to have years ago. The food was ok, but was cold most of the time even when they brought out fresh stuff. It definitely wasn't worth the price point it use to be. However our server was absolutely fantastic.

Was concerned about what the experience woud be as I read some of the other reviews. We were seated promptly. The food was quite good. Roast beef was very good as were the mashed potatoes. Could maybe have another salad dressing selection and maybe the dressings could be labelled so one knows what type it is.

I used to come here for special occasions 10 years ago. Brought my mom here who hasn't visited since 2013. It was a very negative experience. The food was not fresh. Most of the food looked very stale and didn't justify the 50$ price. I was shocked that being in such an awesome venue the care and attention wasn't put into the food. I would rather there be less food but more fresh options rather than having food just sitting out and looking gross.

The food quality at the Riverrock Buffet has gone downhill. This buffet was great when it first opened. For the price of $50 an adult you are better off going to The Keg. I wasn't truly full when I left.

Food was really dry and expecalley the roast beef not impressed at all. Disappointing that they got rid of the crap legs. I feel this buffet is not worth 50$ if dosent crab legs, even prime rib

We were here for my mother in-law's birthday since she requested. The last time we had brunch here was 10 years ago and we remembered their food was fine. However, the quality of the foods was poor. You can go to nicer brunch if you pay $50 for each. No wonder not many people were here for brunch on the long weekend!

We recently visited BC from Calgary, and a friend recommended this buffet—and it did not disappoint! The food was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, and the oceanfront ambience created such a relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Mia, Lynda, and Elma—they were absolutely wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and so accommodating, they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. We’ll definitely be coming back!

“Literally the worst food I’ve ever had and the worst customer service. We complained about several issues to who I assume is the manager, a Latina woman named Maria, and her arrogant and mediocre attitude was unbelievable. They should first improve the quality of the service and drinks, and second, hire competent staff—or at least people who understand the very basics of customer service. I will be reporting the sanitation concerns to Vancouver Coastal Health.”

We went here on Saturday it was 4 adults 1 toddler 2 years old and a 3 month old baby. We where charge a service fee of 8.99 per person even for the baby I was like how can you charge for him the baby does not eat and was in his car seat in his stroller they said doesn’t matter he is counted as a head we where charged at total of $28.00 and our friend was charge $8.99 extra on top of the $52.00 per person when I questioned them on what the service was they charged me they advised me it is because we where a party of 6 I told them that I looked online before we came and it said kids under 5 eat free and it said nothing about a service fee if I would have know they would charge me for a baby that doesn’t even eat food i would have went some where else after we voiced our concerns and I said I would like to get a refund for just mine and the kids service fee and would take the kids and leave they gave us the refund for the service fee which I was ok with but the employees where speaking about us to each other which made it a bit uncomfortable and on top of it the food was mediocre at best. Just want to let people know about this as I have eaten here a few times and was not aware this was their process.
