We had reserved a table for our group. After a while of sitting there, they moved us because one us couldn’t make it. So not our fault! So they moved us to a bad table. What kind of nonsense is this!!! What kind of service is this!!! Customers are customers, and we did make a reservation. Such ludicrous. The staff’s treatment towards us was unacceptable.I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.P. S. I wanted to not give any stars but it makes us check one star at least.

Great place to watch the game with daily specials and awesome beer selection on tap! Staff and servers are awesome. My only concern is the miller lite is next to the Stanley Park sunsetter ale and I feel like that beer is leaking into the miller lite giving it a fruity taste.

Google posted hours on Sunday showed 10 am opening. Same shown on brewhouse door. I got there at 10:15 and knocked on the door. No response. Knocked on employee entrance and found out they do not open until 11. Called there number and it said to check their site. No hours on the site.

We had reservations and took 20+ minutes to be seated. After being seated, no waiter or waitress came and no menus were even given. Complained to the manager, but not much accountability taken. We waited another 30 minutes and left. Extremely poor experience overall and will not be returning. No shame.
Nice spot to catch a game as they have big screens and good vibe.Unfortunately, the food was below par. Ordered the beef dip and it came out super dry. Meat was very dry and hard to chew and the dip was essentially re-heated gravy. Only redeeming item were the fries that were really good. Provably should have gone with there wings as they were on special that night.

Visited with my dad to watch the Canucks game. Service was less than expected. Basic greetings and an attempt to make small talk would have gone a long ways to making the experience more positive. None was made at all. The vibe was a bit weird with the server being disinterested and didn’t seem to enjoy his job which made the experience rather less than positive. The food and drinks were sub-par at best. Atmosphere was just ok. I’ll stick to Vancouver places for these types of occasions. Won’t be coming back nor recommending this place as there’s really nothing special about this place. BP would have been consistent and overall better experience than this place.
