We came here as a family of three (with our baby) to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was such a disappointment.
From the very beginning, the service was terrible. The server didn’t greet us when we arrived. When we sat down and asked about today’s specials, he just told us to wait and walked away. Later, he dropped off the menus, gave a half-hearted reply, and walked off again.
When we were ready to order, no one came to our table. My husband waved several times and we were completely ignored. In the end, he had to go up to the counter himself to order.
During the meal, nobody checked on our table. We wanted a Coke Zero, but again we had to go back to the counter because the staff ignored us. When the server finally brought the drink, we asked for a paper straw, and he replied loudly and in such an impolite way.
Overall, it ruined what was supposed to be a special day. The atmosphere was unpleasant, the service was super awful, and the food was just average. Unfortunately, we will never come back here again.

Personally think worth the four minute walk down the street if staying at River Rock Casino Hotel and Resort when visiting YVR because Sea Harbour is constantly hit and miss on the food and service for dim sum. Nothing fancy here at Jade Seafood Restaurant located at 2811 #3 Road Richmond, BC 🇨🇦 but you know you get at least the basics each time for service. They usually also have some kind of lunch special items.
Didn't order this visit but their LARGE bowls of the Beef Tendon & Brisket E‐Fu Noodle in Soup or Chiuchow Style Fish Ball & Rice Noodle in Soup with deep fried pork lard or Dried Fish & Peanut Congee (which is limited many other establishments dont serve anymore) for about 20$ definitely worth price and to give it a try 😋 can feed at least two person on it's own.

Just had Dim sum in this place. Feels dirty and old, and the service is terrible. Much better places in Richmond to go for Dim Sum. Not worth going there.

First time having dinner at the jade seafood restaurant. Food was great but the service felt very rushed. Also, as per the newspaper advertisement they advertised a certain number of dishes for a set price but after ordering they declined to honour the advertised prices.

Decent spot for Dim Sum. Was not busy at all on a weekend morning which was a bit surprising compared to other places in Richmond

A nice restaurant that has its own parking, but you have to register your license plate. It is on the second floor easy access by stairs or elevator. If you want something, Cantonese and different this is the place to go.
