Last week came here for some Beijing-style BBQ skewers and Malatang hot pot, with a self-serve cold bar, snack bar, and dessert AYCE. The vibrant, neon-lit atmosphere creates a lively dining environment, and the restaurant is known for its efficient service and unique ordering system via QR codes. With extended hours until 1:00 AM, it's a popular spot for late-night.
Skewers were on point and the self serve hot pot station has a huge selection of items too.
In terms of texture, I thought the lamb was pretty moist with a good amount of cumin and spice. The beef wasn't as flavourful since the black pepper was a bit weak. The meat was definitely more firm, but yet again, it was tender. The Special Spicy Tripe Pot featuring tripe, beef, beef throat, beef tendon, black fungus and seaweed. One thing that struck me about these skewers was the meager amount of meat. Aside from that, the spicy broth was delicious achieving the balance between heat and flavour without one dominating another.
Value is debatable, but in terms of service and enjoyment, this was excellent place to hang out.

The MeatUp BBQ serves up some of the best grilled skewers I've ever had. Loved the variety of seafood and vegetables too. The self-serve station is a great way to customize your meal. The staff were fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed.
