We went for gold ayce dinner. Some food on the menu is out of stock but we are not informed ahead. My daughter was waiting for ice cream for the whole dinner time. But I didn’t know they don’t have ice cream until I submit order. My daughter was quite disappointed. It will be nice if we get informed after we sat down at the table, not till the time we want to order.

It is really bad experience when my family entered the restaurant. No welcome from the waiters. Food recommendations are rudely, no ask, just push me to make the decisions. The food is expensive, doesn’t fit for a family with kids. I will not be there in my rest of life.

One of my favourite restaurants in Richmond! Atmosphere is good, seating is comfortable, management staff are excellent and of course the food and drinks are delicious! A must visit for parties and fans of Chinese style bbq skewers and hot pot (mala tang)

Really cool place for hanging out. Nice atmosphere. Not too loud or quiet. I'd say good for either groups or couples. The all you can eat menu has three levels, and a large variety of choices. Servers are helping and friendly. I like the button used to notify servers. Will definitely be returning.
Food was really good. We ordered numerous skewers ranging from lamb to pork belly to chicken wings. Gold menu is the best value for a ayce hot pot bbq. Very decent selections in there hot pot open concept menu where you pick what you and you bring it to the weigh station to select the desired broth and is cooked and served hot and fresh. Everything hit the note and we didn't wait long for skewers to arrive. Service was good and so was the price. Highly recommend to anyone seeking value and good food. The bbq portion is cooked and served without the mess of you cooking.
