David was an excellent server, he gave us food so quickly we barely had to wait and he was so pleasant to talk to! Great value, can’t get better bang for your buck than here. We had a great time and we would recommend this to our friends and family.

Normally everytime I visit the old spaghetti factory (Langley and Gastown) it is a 5 star experience. However, my experience tonight at the Richmond location was at best, lacklustre. Starting with the service, we ordered drinks and food all together. Our drinks arrived after the first course. We also asked the server for salt and pepper and she forgot. Normally I don’t need to salt the food, however the food served to me and my partner tonight was some of the blandest food I’ve ever tasted. Unfortunately by the time our server, Jan, remembered the salt and pepper my partner’s soup was cold and my salad had what appeared to be watered down dressing, rendering it inedible. I try to be forgiving though when I notice an inexperienced server as not everyone could have a server as a mother and chef as their father. Having practically grown up in a restaurant, I know what to look for. When we were seated, Jan had at most 3 tables. I honestly don’t believe she should have had any tables on her own. She didn’t quality check us once, and if she did I would’ve told her about the poor food. She also did not bus the table. By the time we were finished our table was a mess with dirty dishes and empty glasses. Lastly, while me and my partner were finishing up at our dirty table, I watched as Jan goofed off with another coworker, completely ignoring us. Suffice to say I was quite disappointed in my experience, and will not be returning to this location.

Recommended for families with kids. Everything is above average except the seating arrangement. The staff are under trained for arranging guests’ tables.

For the price point, the food is really good, always hot. Good for birthday parties, especially for people in wheelchairs! Nice services, always very very friendly and will mince food up in the back for diners who have struggled with swallowing/chewing.

Walked in after going bowling, wanting to go for some pasta. Was told 35-40 minutes of a wait to get a table when the people in front of us was told 25-30 minutes. When half the restaurant was EMPTY. Should have the restaurant open to walk in as well, not only reservations.

I recently visited The Old Spaghetti Factory, and it was an amazing experience! The fresh bread, French onion soup, and spaghetti with meatballs were simply delicious. The sauce tasted incredibly fresh, and everything I ordered was perfect. I loved every bite and will definitely be returning!

This is my first time to try this restaurant.
Our server "harleen" is fast and friendly with big smile all the time.

I love their mussels, I cannot stop eating it, I finished 1 whole dish by myself within 5 minutes and
i ordered second dish for my hubby.

My hubby likes their French onions soup and lasagna. A lot of cheese inside.

But we don't like their calamari, taste like .. they used dated oil to cook it.

We will go there again to try
Different things next month.

Really great experience at this place. I have to say Brendow service was outstanding. His professionalism, combined with a friendly, approachable demeanor, made the dining experience much more enjoyable.
