Great experience always. All the night and day staff are amazing. Loved their chocolate chip muffin. Would recommend this Tim Hortons.
Edited- I have been visiting this location since January, and today it’s June 11, 2025. The staff members are consistently hardworking and exceptionally friendly. Regardless of whether I visit during the day or at night, they always greet me with smiles and are prepared to serve promptly.
As a regular customer, I appreciate that they remember my order and greet me warmly. Today, I was even offered a complimentary donut. Such small gestures hold significant value for me.
I find it disheartening that some individuals have left negative comments. It is not the employees' fault that homeless individuals frequent the area, and I have observed the staff diligently cleaning tables and maintaining the premises. They feel like friends to me, and they are all hardworking immigrants. Therefore, I encourage you not to be concerned about the negative feedback and to continue your excellent work.
I am a regular customer. The staff is very hardworking. My order is always perfect.
Arrived mid morning and had a terrible experience. The restaurant was full and the line up was out the door. I ended up waiting in line outside. The staff were so busy and couldn’t keep up with the volume.
The drive thru itself continued to move very slowly and the line was around the parking lot.
I eventually left without buying after about 10mins. This store needs more team members and a faster way to serve customers.
Environment was really amazing and food was excellent. I ordered a coffee with a 12 grain bagel. It was really delicious and fresh. Staff was also very friendly especially maninder kaur, she had a great smile on her face with excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend this location as it is run by professionals and really amazing people.
I’ve visited this Tim Hortons multiple times during the late-night shift, and every single time it’s the same chaos. The store is extremely busy, even at night, and only two employees are left to run everything.
Despite that, the staff are super fast and hardworking — they’re literally rushing non-stop between counter, drive-thru, food prep, and cleaning. But no matter how fast they go, the wait is long simply because management might refuses to schedule enough staff.
I had to wait in line and still got my food late, but it’s not on the worker they were doing everything they could. The real issue is horrible management. ( POOR MANAGER ) i believe!!!!!!!
This isn’t a one-time experience either it’s the same disaster every weekend and even on some weekdays. On top of that, I heard the employees don’t even get any kind of incentive for working these crazy shifts just basic pay. It’s clear the people in charge don’t care about either their staff or customers.
Only one guy night time it took 10 minutes in drive thru
Morning staff is really good. They always remember my order. It’s always busy regard of that store looks super clean with a quick service as well
I waited in the drive-thru queue for an excessively long time, and it's always like this. Perhaps they should consider hiring more staff or improving the quality of their employees.
This Tim Hortons location at 4151 No. 3 Rd, right next to Aberdeen, has consistently poor service. Every time I visit, they don’t start making your order until you remind them—often multiple times—or until there’s no one else in line. If I had the option to commute another way or more time to spare, I’d pick a different place every time.
The food itself is decent, but I’d be cautious about food safety here. The staff frequently touch items like their headphones and the order display screens with the same gloves they use to handle your food—I’ve seen them touch the actual butter chicken with those same gloves. During my most recent visit, it took them 25 minutes and three reminders just to make one ice cap. Yes, one ice cap. I’m not even expecting stellar service, but when two buses pass by while I’m still waiting for a single item, it’s beyond frustrating. That’s why I’m writing this review.
They need to work on their quality control if they want any chance of better feedback. Around ten people who ordered after me got their items before mine was even started. I’m pretty sure my pickup order was delayed because they marked it as completed before actually making it. When I arrived, they seemed confused about my order and didn’t have it listed as an upcoming item.
This location’s service is incredibly lazy. With how often orders are mishandled, they might as well be serving naan and curry instead. Get your act together, Tim Hortons.

and order three coffees and tell them make sure its hot but when we recieve our order its so cold when went there again and tell them but they start arguing it is always like thata. i think her name was maninder so disappointing. worst experience ever food and drinks bad quality.
Went to the Tim Hortons on No.3 Road with my kids. When did Tim Hortons become a homeless shelter? Tough to eat comfortably with my kids when there is a homeless dude with blankets sleeping and snoring next to where we were eating. The smell wasn't the best either. Marine drive location isn't much better.

These people deserve zero star.
I tried ordering pizza at this location at least 6 or 7 times on different days and times and each time I was told that they were cleaning the machines and couldn’t take pizza orders.
I strongly recommend to stay away from this location because in the end of the day, their behaviour and customer service will piss you off

Great place for a quick bite. The chili and wedges are a perfect combo.
Quick and easy, perfect for a busy morning. The coffee is always hot and strong
