Very confusing place when trying to pick up a mobile order. You have to ask a staff member as they walk by for your drink, and then wait at the counter for your food while it sits getting cold behind the glass

No worth to give any star. All the staff there are always chatting!!! Never pay attention to those customers who walk into the restaurant. I wonder if they are all blind?! The time I walked in was 11:15 a.m. on December 3. It wasn't busy at all, and there was no line. What's a poor service !!

This Tim Hortons location is an absolute nightmare when it comes to customer service. The staff have zero training, zero manners, and zero respect for anyone. I ordered a chicken wrap, and there were still 5 minutes left when they could have served it, yet they flat-out refused to give it to me. Not politely—rudely, arrogantly, and with total attitude.
When I asked to speak to the manager, I hoped for at least a shred of professionalism. Instead, the manager was just as rude and dismissive, showing no concern, no respect, and absolutely no understanding of basic customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life.
This place clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. If you value being treated like a human being, avoid this location at all costs. Completely unacceptable.

2025.11.11 Two things make this location stand out above it's other locations: it is open 24 hours, meaning any item on their menu is available at all times; and it is located adjacent to SkyTrain Canada line Aberdeen Station. Some of their food choices are better than others. Their steak and cheddar was a yummy sandwich though the steak was thin.
