Honestly, I like this Tim Hortons more than any Tim here. They make wraps really very good. Divjeet served me today, I’m totally satisfied with my order and she listened all my desires and made a perfect wrap for me. Thanks to her! ❤️

Lowest Tim Hortons takes forever to make a sandwich.They should get more employees on floor to work on the kitchen and on the cash.Line up goes till the end still only one cash is open.HORRIBLE

Absolutely terrible. When I ask the staff if the pumpkin spice latte was decaf she said yes and I paid for it. When I went to pick up my order, I asked again if the pumpkin spice latte was decaffeinated and they said no. Then I asked again if I was allowed to get something else or at least get a refund for being lied to, they said no because apparently the pumpkin spice latte was too expensive and they rudely told me to give it away to someone else. Unbelievable, no accountability for customers. You would expect if a business makes a mistake they would at make it up to customer and offer something complementary. I will never buy from this Tim Hortons. Very rude customer service. I had to throw out the pumpkin spice latte cause it had caffeine in it. People really need to be trained better there.

Ordered crispy chicken wrap and was given sausage egg and hashbrown wrap this morning. The guy even said twice that it was crispy chicken wrap. I wonder how many times a day they get orders wrong

Fairly senior lady at front cash register doesn’t have proper training to take orders. I usually go to this location on Tuesdays and all my visits are fairly good and welcoming but today it was a pathetic experience. I ordered my coffee which tasted odd i went back after few minutes to get it changed the lady was loud about it she said “you should taste it before you leave but i will change for you.” I asked if the coffee is expired and she lied i clearly saw red lights. It was not at all good experience probably they need more trained employees!
