Horrible experience. Waited over 30 mins for my food. I understand it was busy, but when I hadn’t received my drink for over 20 mins and saw that people who came after me getting their drinks it was irritating. I asked the lady making the drinks about my order and she just told me there’s a lot of orders. Which I understand but as I wait more, everyone who just ordering after me is getting their drinks but not me. I waited even longer and the lady sees I’m still waiting and finally makes me the drink. Absolutely annoying, they had just completely ignored mine even after I asked about it.

I phoned your store, and your staff tell me you guys stop serving pizza & chicken wraps at 10pm because you have to turn off the ovens to clean for the night.
Question, what is the point of a 24 hr Tim Hortons if I can't buy dinner from you after 10pm?
Other 24 hr Tim Hortons locations serve pizza & chicken wraps 24 hrs.

I had a great experience at the Tim Hortons in Richmond today! The place was clean, my order came out fast, and the food and coffee were fresh and tasty. What really stood out was the friendly service The Filipino staff were so welcoming, polite, and professional. You can tell they care about giving customers a good experience.
Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!
