Great staff and the most delicious mochi hybrid treat I've had! Love the kaya coconut version and can't wait to try others. Only went to the truck version at the PNE and now need to go to the brick and mortar!

Finally tried out their food truck at the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival and it was great! We enjoyed the crispy French toast and the mochi & filling inside were yummy too. I recommend getting the flight so you can try all the flavours. ??

French toast with a thin layer of mochi and lots of filling. All the flavours taste great. The ice cream is a nice touch. It is a little on the sweet side, but it’s French toast so it’s okay.

Amazing food, wish it was still at the Night Market. Whatever they have at the night market this year doesn't hit the same.

Mochi and French toast together is a cool combo. We got the 4 flavour set. I liked the matcha one the best

Not a Night Market booth anymore; they now have a truck and are popping up around the Lower Mainland. I caught them at the BCIT Food Truck Festival. Their product is HK-style French toast stuffed with mochi and a small selection of flavours. You can get a half (2 pieces) or full (4 pieces) order, and they come with a scoop of ice cream. The menu board said the half was only 1 flavour, but they were customers choose a different flavour for each piece; I chose taro and kaya. The taro had a stronger flavour than the kaya, but both were good. It was a creative and fun dessert with the contrasts of warm toast and cold ice cream, crunchy and fluffy bread filled with gooey mochi and lava-like filling. The half is $10 which sounds expensive, but it was really good and I honestly don’t have regrets. Of course, if you have someone to share with, the full 4-piece flight is a better deal at $14. I think you could even share a half order if you both just want a smaller bite. If you pay cash, you don’t pay tax. There were a few people waiting for their orders ahead of me, but the wait wasn’t bad, and the people in the truck were friendly. Recommended.
