I’ve visited this location multiple times, and every visit has been disappointing. There is usually only one person working, and they don’t acknowledge customers waiting. No one informs you about how long the wait will be, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
The same person takes the order, goes to the kitchen to prepare it, and only after finishing comes back to take the next order. This process is extremely slow, leaving customers standing there with no idea of when they’ll be helped.
I’ve tried coming here three or four times, hoping for better service, but it’s always the same. I’ve even had to leave because the wait was so long. It feels like customers are treated as if they don’t matter, and the lack of communication or efficiency makes the experience very unpleasant.

I had a great experience at Triple O’s! The food was fresh and delicious, and the place was very clean and welcoming. A big shoutout to Navjot, who was super nice, polite and provided excellent service. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for tasty food and friendly staff!

Triple O’s never disappoints! I recently stopped by and tried both the Impossible Burger and the Classic Burger — absolutely delicious. The Impossible Burger was juicy and full of flavor, and you honestly wouldn’t guess it’s plant-based. The Classic Burger brought that nostalgic, satisfying taste I’ve always loved. The location is super convenient, making it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or meeting friends. On top of that, the staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient. Great food, great service, great vibes — I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I was really disappointed with the fries I got. For $5.24, the portion was really small, and they tasted overcooked—like burnt fries. I expected better quality for the price.
Actually served me a burger with no patty before I realized when I got home 20 mins later. Easily 100 orders at this place no problem over the last 18 months. Then today a translation issue resulted in me travelling home with a $12 burger with NO PATTY! (Different/new employee for sure) I thought she was asking no pickle! I said bacon cheddar with only ketchup. She misunderstood HARD. No meat=noburger WHY THE F WOULD I PAY $12 FOR A BUN AND CHEDDAR AND BACON. FFS im going home. They made me wait until tmrw, even though they could easily compensate a new burger. Guess I'll go back to my KD. Thanks triple os for really looking out for the working guy.
