From my experiences, the food has been alright considering it is Triple O’s fare, but it is in the location of On The Run. The staff have been good so I give them four stars for the food. When I came in to get breakfast at this location one weekday morning, I was given an attitude by Harsimran, the manager on duty at the On The Run location where this Triple O’s is located. She said in an annoyed tone, “IT DOESN’T OPEN UNTIL 9” My first thought was, ok no problem it’s snowing like hell and they were running late. Second, when did Triple O’s change their hours? It’s either 6am-10pm or 9am-10pm, which is it? This is not the first time that she has given me a snarky attitude. I understand that it was snowing outside and the employees might have been running late, but she had no right to talk to me that way. This individual treats people like they’re dumb and screams at people when things don’t go the way she wants them to go. Unless she is gone, these guys will never see a physical dollar of my hard earned money unless I order on a food delivery app.

Ordered an original with cheese substituting the drink for a milkshake. The cashier will upsell you without telling you the additional cost. I am pretty sure she added everything as if I did not order a meal as well. $1 difference between small and medium milkshake, but should be $2.79 for the small when added to a meal, she charged the full price of $7 for the medium. Total cost was almost $30.Burger patty was in 4 pieces, lettuce was a chopped salad inside the burger. On top of that, the milkshake given was only 3/4 full.Wait time was above 10 minutes. Not worth the wait or the cost.

This is my first ever one star rating and If I could give them a zero star rating I would!We ordered a hamburger with fries and chicken tenders with sweet potato fries. Both fries were soggy and mushy. Potatoes tasted clearly old. Hamburger was ok but very basic for the price. Chicken tenders were very small but tasted ok.They forgot to include straws for the milkshakes we ordered even though we explicitly asked for some.The whole order came down to $50 - the audacity in those people charging so much for the quality of food. Will never return.

Taste is okay but they inexplicably charge you extra for a side of triple 0 sauce. Never dealt with that before at any triple 0’s. I’ll go far out of my way to a different one because of it.

A true treat when you aren't able to make the time commitment to visit a full service White Spot location. They are located in an industrial area where quality fast food is non-existent (Subway, McDonald's and Wendy's garbage don't count). My favourite item is the Monty Mushroom burger. I ordered it with onion rings and a poutine, which came out very delicious.
