I Believe her voice is so little and Customer they maybe busy with their phone.
They really can't hear
Very disappointed

Had some of the Dango which is like mochi. Red bean one and a sesame one.

Unprofessional. My friend wanted a tea and I want a cake. Employee told us they were closed and then they served 2 ppl after us. I saw this and went back and I told her you said it was closed and she said cake is okay. We bought 2 cakes. She served the people after us cake and made 2 teas for them. I wanted 2 of the same cakes but she served the ppl after us first and there weren't enough yuzu cakes anymore.

Tsujiri at OpenRoad Toyota Richmond is a unique and authentic Japanese café experience. The matcha, green tea, and soba were all excellent, giving a real taste of Japan. While enjoying your food, you can look around at the Toyota cars, which adds a unique touch to the setting. It feels like the café is tailor-made for the Japanese management, and we’re lucky to enjoy it with them. Big praise to the management for creating such an authentic Japanese atmosphere. The Japanese staff is super friendly and welcoming!

It's surprising to find such an authentic and delicious Japanese coffee shop in a car dealership. Hot headed because of Toyota's long waiting list, it's nice to have a good green tea and ramen. It's just a surprise they do them with cha soba noodles, but matcha is their theme.

Service is a little slow but worth it. the mentaiko onigiri was mild and tasty. the unagi onigiri have a bit of yuzu chili type sauce that cuts the oiliness of the fish

We’re getting our Lexus serviced and needed to eat nearby, as there was no curtesy car available from OpenRoad Lexus. Walked over here and ordered the green tea and sushi sandwich combo with 2 extra sushi sandwiches. The sushi sandwiches is like an extra large sushi roll, about 3X the size of a regular sushi roll. Interesting and not too bad for the price. Total was $49.35 for the items we ordered. What surprised me was that instead of our order number being called and us having to get our order, the staff brought the tea and food over to us. That’s a very surprising service, but am not sure if that is the norm. Still, excellent service!!! The eating area being inside the Toyota dealership is a bit unusual but convenient for customers, just need to get used to the car shopping customers walking around and talking instead of a restaurant/cafe atmosphere.

Customer service has really detiorated. I placed my order with Jenavin and Shen and when I came back 30 min later thry said “we’re getting your order ready”. I tried calling but nobody picks up the phone. Really bad experience.

The only restaurant you can find at Automall Richmond. I ordered one Unagi Don and one Ramen. Both of them are delicious, but each one is not enough for man like me.

Waited 10 minutes just me and another person, but the workers were inside, lady in front of me eventually even walked partly into the kitchen to call out to one of them. Ordered sushi sandwich, the lady ordered ramen, we both waited for another 45 minutes before we got our food. I thought they went inside out the back door to go catch chickens for my sandwich or something.Would give 1-2 stars but since the food was good, and can be seen that it was made with care, barely made it to 3 stars.
