I had a little late night hunger and there weren't many late food options. Stopped in here for a quick bite about an hour before closing and the place was empty with the two workers passing out from boredom. However, they happily served me and I was very pleased with the taste. Very yummy food at a good portion size and price point. I even got a 2nd bowl of rice to finish off the soup. Highly recommend.

Foods was okay. It was the waitress lack of training and professionalism. No water was served unit we asked for it. Asked for two extra straws, and wait for 10 min, still no show. When I asked for the bill, it showed up right away!

It was the weirdest restaurant experience we had during our visit to Vancouver. There were no other guests in the restaurant, and we had such strange service. The flames on our pots kept turning off and when we asked for eggs for our pots the staff were so confused. Is it that weird to ask for eggs at a hot pot restaurant? I’m still sitting here and am so uncomfortable that I so badly want to pay and leave immediately.

This hotpot reminds me of the one in Taiwan.Super tasty and comforting. Highly recommend the Wulao Herbal Soup!
