Went with friend last week to explore Vietnamese food options: mostly fried menu options (no pho soups on menu). Enjoyed boneless bok box combo, will try katsu sandwich next time! Playful atmosphere (mini arcade room, not karaoke) matches menu options. Take out available. Parking open space, easier to enter if driving eastbound.

Great fried chicken. Portion sizes are big enough to share with someone else if you're not super hungry. I dove in with my partner for a quick bite and this place didn't disappoint. Fried chicken was super crispy and moist. The sauce they served it with was delicious. Would go back for a full meal next time.

Overall rating: 5/5! Uncle's Chicken Katsu Sandwich $9 Watermelon Oolong Tea $5 The sandwiches were SO good, better than what we expected and PACKED with flavours ! The katsu is seasoned very nicely, the sauces are delicious, and there is an ample amount of veggies that go well with it. The size of the sandwich is bigger than how it looks in photos, too -- definitely filling enough for a lunch. The drink was surprisingly good! It seems they use fresh watermelon here, which was a relief cuz most watermelon flavoured things are very artificial tasting. It went well with the iced oolong tea and was a refreshing and not-too-sweet drink that pairs well with the sandwich! They have patio seating and good covid protocols here, with an aesthetic room you can take photos in! I also appreciate how they use compostable straws. Definitely going to come back here! This is a very unique shop in Richmond. They opened during Covid and since then have continued to evolve their food and ambiance. They recently it seems added in a backroom of games (old style mariocart, Pac-Man etc.). Had the chicken katsu & stir fry soya noodles which were pretty good - great place to share some snacks with friends and play some games.

This place is located just off the road in Westminster. You won't miss it as it has a yellow sign outside. They're not open late but i guess that because its just a snack shop but honestly if youare looking for a quock and easy dinner this one of the best place! Uncle snack shop offers your typical food sandwich, fries, rice and chicken BUT they make their food with a twist of asian style cooking. Something i otice is that the entranced odor is literally in front of the place in the middle of their patio tables so when we got here there's a parking lot on the side and the side door only says exit only sign not sure where the door was so we went through there and found the entrance on the other side. No on is goinf be to mad honestly its an honest mistake First impression, very clean and bright. There's music on the background but not too loud that you can't hear the cashier. The menu isn't not big as it is a snack shop but ebough options for you to choose from. I personally wanted to taste everything The cashier is very knowledgeable and very fun when we were ordering. We ended up ordering their BOKBOX (2flavours) with tots or waffle fries and a drink, waffle fries and hiananesse chicken with rice. The service is great and fast. We didn't have to wair too long even though their shop is busy with takeout orders. Overall, it a great place for friends and just chilling. Food is not too pricey so its budget friendly place.

Very cute little place. Only two indoor tables, otherwise there’s a covered patio.Staff are very friendly. The menu is mostly fried food, but tasty options.I had the “Uncle’s Classic” fried chicken sandwich: I thought I ordered spicy but it wasn’t at all. Buttery soft bun, good chicken but wasn’t amazing. My friend’s katsu sandwich looked better.

Came during a vacation. Great food, cute decor (with games in the secret room for entertainment), our server Chris was hilarious and super helpful. If ever back in Vancouver would visit again.

Got there at 12:30pm and spent a bit of time mulling over the many options on the menu since there were a lot of choices and nobody else in the restaurant waiting area. We were super excited and drove about an hour to eat here due to the hype. There was only one other table with people so we were pretty confident it’ll be a good lunch experience.Went to order and was told the items were sold out. No problem, ordered another item, and turns out it was sold out too. Alright then - what do you have? Apparently they were sold out of everything except their classic sandwich and their chicken sandwich. How are you sold out of everything when your restaurant is empty? Also would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time what you didn’t have so time isn’t wasted for both customer and staff thinking about things that didn’t exist. The girl behind the counter just stared at us the entire time while we discussed all the choices.

The box combo a good deal and the food is a nice fusion between Asian flavors meeting the west. The chef that came up with the menu is brilliant. Will recommend to stop by to try at least their burgers.

Came here today for lunch. Asked for their most popular menu item, which was the katsu sandwich. I don't recommend it because the flavors were strange (too much garlic and sauce, but didn't compliment the sandwich) and you couldn't taste any meat, only batter and spice. For a $9 sandwich, not worth it at all. It's disappointing because it's a great location and good parking. The service is friendly and prompt.

Cute little place. Most of the items on the menu are fried so not really somewhere to go if you’re super health conscious but a really nice treat once in a while. The shake shake tots (ramen flavor), original chicken burger (Saigon chili) and wings were delicious. Great customer service too :) Will be back when were looking for a quick snack.

I must admit, this place did not live up to its hype. The food was just okay but it is a cute little store with a comical vibe. It felt like what we order was just all a variation of deep fried chicken. I suppose we could've picked our items better but the menu was also limited. The cold noodle doesn't resemble the authentic MK noodle from Hong Kong either. Overall I'm disappointed. I wouldn't suggest this place but I'm not oppose to coming again if someone wanted to meet here for lunch.

Just ordered for the first time through Uber eats. Wow. Food was amazing. Chicken katsu sandwich and the OG sandie were top notch.
