The Uno Beef Noodle was as good as advertised here in the reviews. Loved it. Got waitlisted but we didn’t have to wait too long. Large portions neither of us could finish.

This was one of the most disappointing bowls of beef noodle soup I’ve ever had. The broth tasted like nothing more than salty soy sauce with a bitter aftertaste — no depth, no aroma, just unpleasant. The noodles were overcooked and bland. The only redeeming quality was that the beef was relatively tender, but that alone couldn’t save the dish. On top of that, the restaurant was noisy and chaotic, making it hard to enjoy anything. I left feeling completely unsatisfied and regretful. I strongly do not recommend this place.btw the beef tendon is terrible and disgusting .

A great place! Best beef soup I’ve ever tried!

The food was not bad but the soup for beef noodles is a bit salty. Popcorn chicken was decent and the fried fish cakes were good. Would come back to try some other dishes

Tasty beef noodle soup. However, service is subpar. Plenty of staff for a small restaurant like this. However, they seem disoriented and don't know what they should be doing. Wait time is long. Customers have to use their website to book a spot on the waitlist. If you just show up at the door, no staff will help put your name on the waitlist.

If you have never tried Taiwanese beef noodle soup, you won't be disappointed. I ordered an A2 with thick noodles. The noodles are al dente, veggies are fresh, beef is soft and the broth is flavorful. Free parking in the back but you'll be put on a waitlist (try calling in first and reserve before going in) we didnt wait too long about 5 mins this time. This place is always busy but worth it.

Marinated gizzard was underwhelming, but the noodles were good! Not the best I’ve had but still really tasty and worth the price.

The noodle soup and fried chicken were satisfactory, and the 15-minute wait for a table was not too long, thankfully. However, I must express concern regarding their policy of charging for chili oil, which is typically provided complimentary at other establishments.

This practice seems rather unusual, comparable to charging for soy sauce. While I understand the restaurant's popularity, implementing fees for basic condiments is not at all customer-friendly. I respectfully suggest that management reconsider this policy.

I hate to rant on about this, but until then, I will explore other Taiwanese restaurants and recommend my friends to not visit this restaurant until they do the right thing and no charge for basic things like chili oil.

I think it's a very delicious Taiwanese restaurant. There's a high chance you'll have to wait, so it's better to make a reservation online in advance.

I ordered delivery via Uber eats and my meal arrived at my hotel without any cutlery. I expected to receive chop sticks, spoon and some napkins.

Friends recommend this place to try. So went there during dinner time. Servers are friendly and helpful, atmosphere is not bad. Food is the problem. Ordered 2 beef noodle (one spicy and one non-spicy), the real beef broth is not strong at all (I mean the real beef broth, not the concentration), soy sauce covered up most taste (still acceptable). But the terrible part happens after the meal, OMG, how much MSG inside the soup? Within 2hrs, we finished 4 bottles of water, but the thirsty feeling still kicks in.
