If you are craving for an actual viet sub, I do not recommend getting it here. I wish we checked the reviews before purchasing
It’s more like stir fried mixed veggie and meat with soy sauce lol
2025.08.04 Tried their Bahn Mi Grilled Pork Sub for CAD 7 including an iced tea drink. The bread was fair, not as fresh nor flakey as I've had at other places, their seasonings and flavorings were acceptable, but nothing that excited my senses as another that I tasted elsewhere recently. The price was good, but the quality was only fair. Service was friendly and wish that their food quality was higher. I would not recommend this place.

The food is not the same as advertised. Paper thin fish, but the bun was delicious. Pictures below.

probably the worst Vietnamese sub I’ve had.

I made a mistake for eating here. 🥲 this was $10 with a viet coffee.

it was my first time purchase from this stall at Lansdowne mall foodcourt although I have been living in Richmond over 20years. To my surprise the curry beef rice and the vietnamese ice coffee were not bad at all particularly to their cost $12. Yes, $12 for a plate of curry beef brisket rice and large cup of ice vietnamese coffee with rich flavor.

Tempting price but you get what you paid for. Highly do not recommend, save yourself some bucks and buy food elsewhere
The lemongrass chicken tasted terrible and the chicken was very unfresh.
I did not like the ba mi, I would go somewhere else for that
Rarely I leave negative reviews, but selling an instant coffee under a name of Vietnamese coffee and charging this much for it - you either don't expect your customers to return or think they're fools. Please at least disclose this on your signage.

Tucked in the food court of the Landsdowne Centre Mall in Richmond. Not bad — I’m surprised at some of the reviews— the won ton pho soup was quite good with plenty of noodles. Could have a bit more veg and maybe another 1 or 2 won tons but quite good otherwise. I asked for low salt and they complied — I really enjoyed the fact that it was not saturated with salt or other flavourings. All in all not a bad place when you’re in the mall and looking for a not too heavy meal.
As you can see opening up my togo container I was highly disappointed. There was Costco sample sized short ribs that tasted stale and reheated multiple times. Used grated onions to cover up the spacing of everything inbetween.
This place use to be good, now it’s just a huge disappointment.
They do not provide the sauces
Ordered curry beef brisket but it’s just tendon.
Just don’t do it.
