This was my first place i ever tried it though my first time wasnt the greatest and I noticed my second time coming here it was just the same, the chicken didnt look grilled and cooked enough. I notice its the standard at this location, as when i visit vancouver city centre mall and tsawassen mall, waterfront they cook it perfectly. The rice here is also mushy and doesnt have a good texture. The spring roll that comes on the side of meal is always tasty though, so i would skip having the rice and chicken here.

Asked for a little more beansprouts for my order of noodles and they wanted to charge me an extra $1. I canceled my order and would rather not eat there again. $16 for a bowl of noodles is already expensive enough. Never return !!!. Go to Love for Pho on Kingsway. Same price and double the serving with great service. You will love it there.

My mom has inadvertently been eating pork spring rolls when she orders a meal of veggies and vermicelli, for years. Apparently asking “vegetarian” and being told yes means nothing. I’ve had both the pork and vegetarian and know that aren’t even the same wrapper. If the staff doesn’t know what has meat and what doesn’t that’s entirely the fault of the franchise. Pay enough or train people better because this is so stupid I’m astounded. Good thing she didn’t have an allergy.

the filipino young man with the stussy hoodie was very polite when taking my order! He had such exceptional customer service and was very careful + thorough while he was explaining the different types of food and we had a pleasant conversation while I was waiting. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE VINA!

Such ridiculous that I paid $16 only had 1 bite beef prices??? I can understand you cook with carrot but not just give me all of it and with only 1 beef!! Never come back!

1. The owner is such a gentleman. Very respectful and caring.2. Food was absolutely delicious. I never knew "fast food" Vietnamese would be that tasty.3. I ordered a salad roll on the side. It was ENORMOUS. I was soo full from my chicken dish i ordered, i ate the roll next day and tasted really good.Will return when i get a chance. Thank you for the good chat too ?P.s. wish i had a picture of the food. Its actually good. I travel the world and try different things. This is a great, quick serve, healthy food option and filling.
