I'm on the hunt for the best 楊枝甘露 (mango pomelo sago and coconut drink) but this one falls very short. Almost $9 with tax but there's very little mango taste and super bland and watery. I ordered it in 100% sweetness and still felt like 0 sugar. Seems like many others experienced the same tasteless drinks. All the drinks on the menu is $8+. Will not be coming back.

This might be the worst bubble tea that exists in Richmond. I ordered a mango green tea which consisted of watered down mango pulp and some sort of powdered fruit concoction. The pearls themselves are unsweetened and tasted like they were boiled with a kettle of water. In a city with bubble tea at every block, dont waste your time or money here, $8+ for bubble tea significantly worse than grocery store ones.

Disgusting… I’ve never had such atrocious bbt before — decided to give this place a try, and the staff looked really bored , granted there were no other customers there. Ordered a Super Mango Coconut Smoothie, with 100% sugar, and it doesn’t taste like anything. No mango flavour either; the smoothie is mustard yellow and not mango yellow. Just topped it off with a few slices of mango on top. The sugar level is what’s baffling … 100% should be super sweet … this had absolutely zero flavour. No sweetness, nothing. Just taste like I’m drinking coconut milk … will give zero stars if I could.

I ordered a half sugar mango green tea with pearls. There was no mango flavour at all. All they did was put mango chunks in tea thinking it would work. Also, the pearls were as hard as rocks. I wish I could give them zero stars

I ordered Pearl Oolong Milk Tea with 30% suger and less ice. It literally tastes just milk and pearls. No oolong tea flavour at all. Coated me over $7.50 for milk and pearls. Never going back.

I ordered a watermelon slush around a month ago as well, and I was immediately upset when I took the first few sips. It just tasted like water with a little bit of watermelon blended. Absolutely the worst watermelon slush I’ve ever tried and it was ridiculous that it was $9+ for this kind of quality? Can’t comment on other drinks because that poor experience was enough to turn me off from trying anything else for a while. I might come back for a milk tea instead, but there much more reliable places in the area I would go to first.
The interior is nice as well. I also couldn’t find any napkins unless I asked for them, which was a little annoying.

Just bought a watermelon slush and a mango pomelo sago. The watermelon slush is 95% ice and two tiny slices of watermelon blended together, with a bit of tea jelly. The mango pomelo sago is worse, don’t have any mango taste other than the three tiny cubes of mango. Very disappointed
The milk cream tasted artificial like plastic and the “grape slush” had no flavour at all. Girl who took my order had a bad attitude. Total waste of money.

I am stumped by all the glowing reviews as our experience was terrible. I ordered a mango pomelo sago drink that was watery and had almost no mango flavour. I was so disappointed with it that after a few sips I could not get myself to drink anymore. And to top it off, it was one of the more pricey mango pomelo drinks but was indeed the worst one that I've ever experienced.
