I waited over 10 minutes for a Frosty, while another customer who arrived after me and ordered the exact same item received hers first. I only got mine after reminding the staff. This completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

Baconator okay without the fake cheese, I usually only drink ice water as pop is too sugary. Food is not as good as some places. Too much grease.

The manager in the evening (a lady) seemed to treat her staff in a not so nice or rude manner. She told a staff member never to do something again but the way her tone and attitude was not pleasant to hear or see and the staff member looked down after, they should of been corrected in a more encouraging manner, and not looked down at or angry at. The staff are quite young but polite when serving me, hope they will get treated or corrected in a nicer manner.

OK, I realize it’s fast food but seriously hello or a thank you or here you go is a minimum requirement. The guy taking my payment and giving me my food. The only thing he said to me was HERE! As he handed me my drink, nothing more nothing less. I said thank you, but he obviously didn’t care.

There were three women making the burger, but only one of them was wearing gloves. I saw the woman at the drive through window pick up two slices of bread and put them into the toaster without gloves. It was disgusting to think that she had just received cash at the window and then held the bread in the hand. I don't come to Wendy's anymore.

I love Wendy’s spicy chicken, but this Wendys restaurant is a no-go. The manager Babita is uncouth. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries today and found it tasted weird and yucky, as though it had bacon in it. When I complained to the manager about the taste and smell, the manager denied that the chicken smelled and tasted bad, just by looking at it and arguing with me. Really?! When I said I’m going to complain to Wendy’s management about her behaviour she told me to go ahead! So here I am. I’ve already made a formal complaint about the manager to Wendy’s customer service with photographs. I DO NOT recommend this Wendy’s restaurant to anyone!
