There were three women making the burger, but only one of them was wearing gloves. I saw the woman at the drive through window pick up two slices of bread and put them into the toaster without gloves. It was disgusting to think that she had just received cash at the window and then held the bread in the hand. I don't come to Wendy's anymore.

I love Wendy’s spicy chicken, but this Wendys restaurant is a no-go. The manager Babita is uncouth. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries today and found it tasted weird and yucky, as though it had bacon in it. When I complained to the manager about the taste and smell, the manager denied that the chicken smelled and tasted bad, just by looking at it and arguing with me. Really?! When I said I’m going to complain to Wendy’s management about her behaviour she told me to go ahead! So here I am. I’ve already made a formal complaint about the manager to Wendy’s customer service with photographs. I DO NOT recommend this Wendy’s restaurant to anyone!

ridiculous.. i usually order here a lot, but never again this time. i brought my food inside and my drink was all over my floor and the rest of my food leaving it inedible. i worked at mcdonalds for 2 years and never has this been an issue. how hard is it to get a drink tray? or warn the driver that the drink could spill? this sucks

I wanna give review about this store’s manager Babita. She thinks she runs the whole canada. Firstly she doesn’t know that how to talk with their employees. One of my friends was working under her and she kept them too much under stress and he or she left the work. whenever they tried to say anything against her which was right then she always use high notes to keep them shut I think she doesn’t know what is the meaning of manager. She always says to them that you can find other work then i have many employees. One more thing she takes her employees work more than scheduled work without paying them for their overtime. They are working 2 or 1.5 hour more in free of cost. This manager needs to be replaced.
