The server took a really long time to take my order, even though there were only three tables occupied. I had to wave my hand a lot to get her attention, and I ended up having to walk around the restaurant to find her and place my order. I also had to walk around again to ask for sauce. She didn't even smile. Plus, the table wasn't clean when we sat down, so she had to come clean it. This was the worst experience I've had at a White Spot location.

Server was incredibly rude to us coughed at our food. I was surprised that I even tipped him. The server was rude and always glared at us for no reason I will not be coming back to this white spot ever again. Food was also portioned small.

Left the restaurant very uncomfortable and in shock. A barefoot man sat down and was served. He smelled like urine, was muttering to himself, walking to different tables & sat down with a group of strangers. It was clear that the man was not in the right state of mind - my partner and I were shocked that there were no standards being upheld in the restaurant. Due to his behaviour & lack of action from staff we left without eating. We’ve never felt this uncomfortable in a Canadian chain restaurant. Whatever happened to “no shoes, no shirt, no service”?

The sever was very quick with our coffee. He was very polite. We ordered the Eggs Benny. They were cooked exactly how we asked. The server was quick to give us our order.Vegetarian options: Roasted tomato,spinach,mushrooms was awesome ?

Not taking reservations under 6 people, always long wait at the door, at least take half to one hour to be seated. And food takes another 20-30 minutes to get ready, a little bit too long for kids to wait.
