A home town favourite for sure! The burgers are a must have at any Whitespot location. I always get the salmon/steelhead burger and my husband always gets a beef burger.. always great service and perfect for the whole family

A Richmond Classic. Happy to be back and to see nothing has changed. Good old White Spot. Great music, great service, great FOOD and busy atmosphere. What more can you ask for.

Food is good, but menu selection is limited. Milkshakes are always the go-to. The service is on the slow side.

Breakfast never disappoints! Made to order (am vegetarian), and comes super fast and hot! With plenty of smiles from the staff.Vegetarian options: Always sub avocados instead of meat in my awesome eggs Benny. Better than ever!

The wait at the front was quite long, even though the restaurant wasn't full at noon on a Friday. The host did not hustle, and it took her a long time to seat me and my work colleague in a section with one other table sat. We waited for 10 minutes when I asked the host who our server was meant to be - she had to fetch her. We waited long enough to order immediately, but our food still took a long time to arrive after that. When it did, it was just warm, and my burger was a bit overcooked. The whole ordeal took so long that we ended up eating in a rush because we had to get back to work. I do not recommend this White Spot location if you are in a hurry, especially if you're on a lunch break.

Disappointed with the delivery. The expensive “lettuce wraps” came with hardly any meat (see picture). The way the lettuce is cut is not conducive to making a wrap. Long stringy carrots and chunky cucumbers- not sure why this is on the menu in the first place. The chicken wings were small and also overpriced. I will not be doing take out again- at least you can send it back if you eat in.

The food is delicious and the presentation is beautiful! Too bad the salad dressing was a bit salty!
