Super nice people. I had fried oysters and another dish where I thought the meat was a little tough but tasted good. It's more traditional and quaint. Great for families .

Dining here was truly a disaster. The ingredients were not fresh, and the cooking was extremely crude — downright nauseating. I strongly recommend that you travel to Yunnan Province in China to learn how to properly cook rice noodles. Until then, please consider closing your business.

Good food, plenty of parking and clean. Not expensive so will recommend.

The rice noodles were pretty average, and the portion of vegetables was quite small.

Our whole family loves it! The flavor is incredibly authentic.

I got poisoned from the food I ate, causing vomiting and diarrhea. I saw rats in their store before, but I didn’t expect it to be worse this time.

Best noodle I ever had been here since it open, was sad during COVID they couldn't Dine In, having take out isn't comparable to their clay pot dine in. Once they reopen for dine in went back right away

One of my fav spots to visit for a cozy meal in Richmond! Portion sizes are decent and they put a good amount of toppings in each bowl too. I prefer the prepared cross bridge noodles that's already in the pot because I've had the kinda where you add in the ingredients yourself here before and the food cooled too quickly for my liking. Service is dependent on who's working but it's not very attentive for the most part

Good comfort food. They have condiments you can grab on the side, like green onions, cilantro, chilli oil etc.

The clay pot keeps the noodles and soup hot. There’s a decent amount of beef briskets and noodles in the pot along with some vegetables. Overall, it’s tasty and good value.

Taste so so. Ordered cross bridge noodle, sour beef noodle and dry noodle. Only the cross bridge noodle is ok, the other two won’t recommend. The rice noodle is very chewy. Won’t come back again.

I ordered the mushroom rice noodles last night and found that there were very few mushrooms in it. I turned it over several times before I saw one or two pieces. It felt completely different from what I had eaten before! After asking the waiter for a while, he said he would add more mushrooms later. The waiter came and poured the extra mushrooms from the small bowl directly into my bowl, and then said: Our chef told me that the rice noodles you ordered did not have mushrooms! I was too choked to react! It means there are no mushrooms in the mushroom rice noodles! My friend blocked it and said forget it! Then I started eating, but after eating two small pieces of mushrooms, they were all bad and rancid! I fished out all the rest! Friends are too embarrassed to look for them. As a result, I had diarrhea when I went home at night! My family calls you a fool! If one piece goes bad, you still eat two pieces! Keep eating! ? ? Just spend money and enjoy this service! I said that my friends don’t mean it, but I’d better treat them to a meal! Never mind! Now when I call their store, no one answers the call! Don’t know what’s going on with this store? Gone so far downhill! I used to love this place, but now their noodles aren't good. In fact, I asked to go there today and I'm sorry I did. My husband had beef brisket noodles, which only had 3 cubes of beef (and one cube of fat). He said it tasted OK, but nothing more. I had vegetarian noodles in chicken broth. My noodles were WAY overcooked and mushy, with very little chicken taste in the broth. Never going back.
