I have been to this place since it was opened (in 2018?) and their boba was always so good since it was made from scratch. My go-to is brown sugar milk tea. However, the boba was very disappointing today - The texture was the same as ones from normal boba shops.

Worst customer service. I sent an email to the head office about my $20 on their app that they discontinued. I also called and left a vm. No one has ever gotten back to me with an answer. You still owe me $20!!

The girl with eyes at the front desk had a terrible service attitude. She obviously spoke Chinese but deliberately spoke English. She also bought 5 drinks without even giving a straw. How could we drink? ? ?

I just ordered a cup of matcha drink, but the matcha powder was not mixed well and it was all powdery in one sip. When the pink Bobo was out of order, they didn’t remind me. When I got it, they told me that it was gone and replaced with a white one! Difference!

I had a frustrating encounter at this business located in a supermarket frequented by Chinese people who speak both Mandarin and Cantonese. When I spoke Mandarin to the staff member wearing a black cap, she shook her head, showing she didn't understand. Assuming she is not Chinese, I switched to English to place my order. To my surprise, she then turned and spoke Cantonese to a colleague. Given the context of the supermarket and the prevalent use of both languages, there’s no reason she shouldn’t understand Mandarin. Her reaction seemed emotional and unwelcoming towards Mandarin-speaking customers, which was quite disappointing.

The pearls are super satisfying and the milk tea tastes just right. This is the second time I order brown sugar pearl milk tea.

The location is excellent, situated at the checkout area of the T&T Supermarket. They have a lottery machine for entertainment, and the advertisements look very appealing. However, despite being in a Chinese supermarket in Canada and selling Chinese bubble tea, the staff only spoke English, which seemed odd. One would expect them to at least speak some Chinese.

Additionally, the bubble tea was extremely sweet, even though I asked for only 50% sugar.

I ordered the brown sugar pearl milk, and it tasted like cream and vanilla when I drank it.
I called later and was informed that there was cream!

Please! Can you tell me in advance that you will put cream? ? ? ?
Caused trouble! I took one sip and threw it in the trash can and stopped drinking!
I want to drink "Brown Sugar➕Pearls➕Fresh Milk", there is no brown sugar taste at all! There is no fresh milk flavor at all!

Mouthful of whipped cream! I can’t drink it!

Why not just change the name to fresh cream bubble milk tea!
Why is it marked with brown sugar pearl milk? ! ! ! ! !

Perl was very hard, not as authentic as Montreal and Taiwan branch. And the milk tea made me having a severe heart palpitation and stomach ache which I never had with other bubble milk tea. Won’t go again.

When did brown sugar milk tea become a powder? After drinking it for the first time in a long time, I felt a headache and felt sick. I loved it, but I'm too scared to drink it anymore.
