The location is excellent, situated at the checkout area of the T&T Supermarket. They have a lottery machine for entertainment, and the advertisements look very appealing. However, despite being in a Chinese supermarket in Canada and selling Chinese bubble tea, the staff only spoke English, which seemed odd. One would expect them to at least speak some Chinese.
Additionally, the bubble tea was extremely sweet, even though I asked for only 50% sugar.

Xing Fu Tang's brown sugar pearl milk tea is definitely worth a try, with its excellent flavour and chewy boba. Service was also great: we placed a large order and employees were patient and ready quickly. 10/10 overall!
