We picked up three Black Tonkotsu Ramen today, 2 large, 1 regular. The broth was extremely salty - not a great start, and there were no seasoned eggs on any of them. We are missing two whole seasoned eggs and one half. If you are going to justify jacking up the prices, at least give us everything that we paid for. Over $54. and no eggs, and too salty. So sad, this place used to be our go-to. Now it is a no-go.

I have been going here almost once a year for last 10 years. But this year, the food is just not as good. Food doesn’t taste fresh. They gave me one pork belly and one lean pork which I am a bit surprised of why they do it. Not the normal standard I feel they had before.

The experience in this restaurant is extremely poor, the food is not fresh, the service attitude is also very poor, and the prices are outrageous. Even if the old customers are still willing to come here because of their respect, why are the young people coming here? The waiter couldn't help but rush people to finish the meal. The main reason was that the noodles and side dishes were really unpalatable. The fried dumplings smelled like pre-made dishes. Who could eat it quickly? Go bankrupt early

I’ve been eating here since 2016 and always got the shio ramen combo - with mentaiko or chasu don/chicken karaage and a soda (peach/mango). Although it’s not comparable to ramen in Japan, it’s still my favourite to go spot for a quick ramen fix. I recommend eating in store since the noodles taste more fresh compared to delivery because it has cooled and clumped together.

My favourite ramen place to eat at, I always get the Spicy Miso Ramen plus Onigiri with bonito flakes. You can always change the noodle firmness, oil and taste to your liking, I usually just have regular for noodle firmness and taste with less oil.

Parking: Parking can get super crowded in that complex, so picking an earlier time to eat would help with that.

Amazing ramen!!!! The small size is large serving..was a little difficult to fibd as google maps had no idea…basic seating. But food hit the spot
