Ordered on DoorDash at about 1:40pm. They start making their brown sugar at 1pm. The taste of brown sugar milk was good, and the pearls came warm. However, the smaller pearls in my cane jade tea had a weird texture - half soggy and hard.

Tasted delicious but the brown sugar melted a lot of the pearls and they formed big clumps that couldn’t go through the straw.
I was asking about a food here whether they were selling it or not. I had to explain to the girl who picked up the phone 4-5 times. I don't know if she does not want to listen or just refuses to listen but it was tiring to keep asking the same question all over and over again. The conversation kept going in circles all I needed for an answer was a yes or no if they sold the food or not :L I will have to search for other bubble tea places that has better customer service.
