My dad's favorite place! Good noodles and prices quite reasonable and the staff are pretty good for the most part. Chicken noodles were good and so were the pan-fried pork bunsParking: lot is mostly full, but we were able to find a spot most times

Went for dinner at night and ordered fried dumplings, steamed buns, Shanghai stir-fry, bean paste nest cakes, fermented rice dumplings, a soup with salted duck, and ordered fried dumplings. All the food is very good and above the standard. In order to eat their fried buns, I went to buy a takeaway the next morning. The takeaways are delicious, the skin is so thin and the meat is juicy! The food is as good as many Shanghai restaurants in Hong Kong. The waiters are all very kind.

Homey, tasty and unpretentious food ?Good and prompt service. To try:- spicy chicken feet (well marinated, refreshing, and crunchy)- drunken pork Hock (well-seasoned, collagen wonder)- cucumber and black fungus salad (seasoning sure opens the appetite)- Steamed pork bun (signature dish well made - thin wrap and soupy filling)- Steamed rice with salty pork and veggies (looks simple but packs a punch in terms for flavour - feels like home)- stir fried leek with egg (simple but perfectly executed to bring the leek flavour forefront)- stir fried rice cakes (not a fan usually due to its texture - imagine Korean tteokbokki - but pleasantly surprised ??)- smoked chicken (crispy, moist, well-seasoned and off-the-bone goodness)- deep fried shrimp (well-seasoned and juicy)If you're hungry:- crispy duck (crispy but a tad bland)- braised pork belly with pickled veggie (taste on point but meat is a bit tough)- sesame rice balls in wine soup (was expecting filled rice ball but ?)- deep fried red bean pastry (standard)- stir fried Shanghai thick noodles (bland and a bit greasy; not a good return-on-calorie)
Overall great Jiangnan and Huaiyang good! Especially recommend Xiaolongbao, smoked duck, stir fried shrimp and sesamw rice ball in wine soup. The service is quick. The place is popular, good to call in advance to book the seat.

My family loved it when we had a family dinner on New Year's Day. The taste was nice and the price was affordable. Especially the pan-fried buns, fried rice cakes, and beef wrapped in beancurd skin were delicious. I will definitely choose this place next time I eat Shanghainese food.

Ordinary Shanghainese cuisine, pork jerky ?A common problem in Shanghai restaurants is that the lean meat jerky is tasteless after being refrigerated for a long time. It was a thunderbolt.
Delicious Shanghai dumplings. The food is good and servers are nice. Make a reservation for dinner on weekends. It's busy!

The taste is good, the texture is moderate, although the environment is noisy, there are relatively many diners, the food flows quickly, and the food quality is maintained.

Good food but I think the restaurant is lacking kitchenware. Kept asking us if we're finished so they can take the tray to use...

This is our go to restaurant for Shanghai food. Food is very good and prices are very fair. We hit this place at least 3 times a month.
