Not worth the price; I had such high expectations as this place has been there for years and I never had a chance to try. Too bad, the quality and portion ain't nearly as satisfactory as anticipated. Once is enough and will not shop there again.

Love the dumplings, although reading another reviewer's post I realized I was charged $47 for my order instead of $45 which was the listed price. I mean it's a little weird but I love the dumplings and found the owner to be quite nice.Definitely intend to buy more dumplings here in the future. They taste clean and don't feel nearly as heavy in the tummy after eating like the ones I used to get from Asian grocery marts.

But the dim sum and the service are one star.Review: The man at the back said 'hi' at the back without coming out to greet us when we stood by the counter. It was better for him not to say hi at all because it was impolite. He told us that there were no peanuts inside the Chiu Chow dumplings when we paid, but he should have informed us earlier. Also, he did not put the cash on the cash tray when we did not have a hand to take the cash. He was pressuring us to take the cash. Then he dropped the cash onto my palm with a condescending face. The service was horrible.We realized that there were peanuts inside the Chiu Chow dumplings when we had them later. It was unethical for him to deceive customers because the issue was serious - what if people have a nut allergy? Moreover, the skin of the dumplings was very thick so there was not much filling.Furthermore, the Sticky Rice Wrap was unbelievably inferior - they tried to make it as the Rice Dumplings to confuse people by using the ingredients from the Rice Dumplings. They also cut the meat into tiny pieces which looked odd and therefore, you could not really taste the meat. Also, there was no sauce at all; the Sticky Rice Wrap was so dry.Their dim sum were not authentic as the ones in dim sum restaurants. Only their dumplings were good.

A friend recommended the shrimp noodles, and I bought two pancakes to try, priced at 6.50 yuan and about 130 grams.That’s 23 yuan a pound?Compared with the price of 35 yuan for two pounds of shrimp noodles at the one on No. 6 Road, is this shop too expensive?The taste is almost the same.
It says it’s handmade but the only hand part is wrapping the machine made skin over machine made stuffings. And taste wise, I would recommend to go to a Chinese supermarket and buy the pre-made ones in the freezer.

The dumplings are tasty. I go to buy once every 2 weeks.However there’s 50% of the chance that they will charge more.I only buy 1-2 kinds everytime and they often charge more. When I correct them, they would say they forget and thought of another more expansive kind.My family and some friends have the same problem too.If you see their menu, it’s not easy to get confused especially they are the owner.The only problem we always have.Make sure you check the bill before you leave.
