Yummy Slice Pizza - Williams Rd, Richmond

They beat fresh slice in every way. Can't believe I've only just heard about them. Their crust has something fresh slice crust doesn't. I can't explain it. It's melt in your mouth but crunchy yummy. Wish I took pictures.

We ordered pizza for delivery from
The store. The store uses doordash, even if you place the order through them directly.

Doordash ruined the order. Marked it delivered and left it in the store. 1 hr later I drove there to get it myself.

The employee behind the counter and the manager on the phone were very understanding, remade the order and issued a full refund.

I appreciate the positive interaction I had with the store today, but the decision to continue using doordash while your customer pays delivery fees and still has to drive to pick up a 1hr old pizza is not acceptable.

Regardless, it was good business for them to correct the issue. I appreciate what you did today.

I deducted 1 star for getting the pizza over 2.5 hrs after the delivery time, and deducted another star because by the time I got home the pizza was cold, which was still frustrating after a long day.

Please do not use doordash anymore, they are ruining your business, which would otherwise be great!

Quick service to feed a hockey team

They gave me bacon on my pizza without telling me there was bacon and I specifically ordered bbq chicken, no refund or anything just bacon and 26$ down the drain ( cant eat bacon ).
