I had diarrhea for two days with bloating. The day before, all I ate were store-bought dumplings or buns—there might have been a food safety issue, like they weren’t fully cooked or had something unclean. I didn’t eat anything else. Felt really bad. Never had this problem before. Not buying from there again. 🙃

Wow. Some of the best dumplings I've had to date. I got pan fried pork dumplings. They took 15 minutes to make. Amaaaazing. So juicy and savory. Hard to go wrong with dumplings, but these are more flavorful and juicy. It's just a perfect balance of savory, acidity and heartiness. Onions, soy sauce, pork stock, maybe cooking wine... all the good stuff. Crispy pan fried bits too.
Yes, I do recommend. I think I like them even more than Baozi Master at Yaohan.

I bought beef buns here and the clerk told me to wait 9 minutes. When I came back to pick up my buns after waiting for 15 minutes, the clerk said I needed to wait another 12 minutes. This feels weird to me and a waste of my time!

I often go to Baijiadian to buy beef buns and I am a regular customer. Recently I found a store in Richmond Public Market, so I went straight to pay for 2 cows, 1 pig, and 3 milk teas. When I got home, I discovered that each box only has 4 bags, which is less than the 100 stores (the same brand store that sells 5 bags per box). Got one. 3 boxes are missing 3 packages. Same price 8 Canadian dollars, different quantities in different stores? I called back and asked the store clerk, and they explained arrogantly: Different locations have different rents, and naturally the products are different. It's your own problem! It’s also wrong to be too trusting. My fault, I didn’t see clearly. Sorry? It will definitely be reflected on Xiaohongshu. It’s just a deceptive bag shop.

The hygiene is not good, the fillings are exposed on the workbench, and the pork buns I bought are sour. This means that the storage environment temperature does not meet the standard.

The meat filling of the buns is quite ordinary, and the bun dough has a poor texture. The dumplings wrappers clearly look amateurish. The environment is very basic, mainly just a place for filling up your stomach. I don’t recommend it if you are looking for more traditional buns, as this doesn’t represent them at all!!!!!!! 做的很难吃，完全不推荐！

The dumplings are delicious, but remember to take off your gloves when collecting money... I hope it's a mistake in my busy schedule.
