We were staying at the hotel up the street walked about 3/4 mile to this pub for drinks and the owner of the restaurant gave us a ride back. Great drink prices and awesome customer service. I recommend.

Great take-out experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ordered take-out from Rock Cut Pub for the first time and I can see why people love it! The Buffalo Rancher wrap and pulled pork tacos were both delicious — fresh ingredients, great flavour, and still tasted amazing even after the drive. The service was friendly and quick, and you can tell there’s a strong team behind the scenes who care about every plate that goes out. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Rossland!

I have been to the Rock Cut many times but my last experience was by far the best. My server Todd went above and beyond my expectations (and made me the best Caesar ever) the food came out quickly and was some of the best I have had there (thank you Vasee) I can’t wait to come back next time. Thank you both so much :)
Best fries in the Kootenays and probably the best service too. Went for a late lunch, Todd went above and beyond, I will be back. Go before 5 for great drink deals. It's worth the drive.

This pub is a gem. We took a road trip to Rossland from Nelson and decided to have some lunch. We looked at some restaurants in the area and my wife found the Rock Cut Pub.
This pub was excellent. It's a little off the beaten path, on a little hill and up a dirt road. The menu was fantastic, the food was terrific, and our server Paige (sp?) was so nice. She made some excellent recommendations for drinks and food. Ultimately I ordered a club sandwich and my wife ordered the Thai Veggie wrap. We loved our food and the beer battered fries.
This pub just so clicked with our tastes. They had dark stout on tap and served the fries with malt vinegar and their own homemade spice. I ordered a Caesar to drink and it was wonderful.
I highly recommend the Rock Cut Pub. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely go back!

We came in at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon after a couple hours of riding. The place was empty so we were a bit sceptical on whether or not this was going to be good. Our sever, Erin, was friendly and got us some cold beers immediately. Our food order came quickly. Burgers were excellent . Nicely charred and perfectly assembled. Fries were hot and crispy. The place got busier as the afternoon progressed. Cold beers and good pub food - exactly what we were looking for!
