Amazing food. Went twice this week with family and these were the hits: the pasta, the cod, the duck and the calamari! Would be even better if they had a gluten free fryer. Great service.
I stopped in for happy hour from 3-4 pm after a day at Red Mountain. This was my first time here and was very impressed with the service .. everyone was very friendly . There is quite a large centre bar, which was even had padding for your arms on it. Nice touch! It’s very easy to get a seat at the bar even during happy hour, so a good alternative when Rafters is busy. The beer was cheap during happy hour, and very good. We frequently drive across the WA border to enjoy the food and atmosphere at the velvet. We have always had fresh, delicious meals and well made cocktails. We’ve also enjoyed live music and a friendly atmosphere ✨. The negative reviews are so out of place, completely the opposite of everything we experience at the Velvet!
