We've just found the espresso blend Black Diamond and it's absolutely delicious. My husband and I spend a lot of time in Italy and this is as good as any that we've enjoyed there. More importantly it's also Fair Trade, Rain Forest Alliance, Organic and roasted in small batches roasts. How does it get any better. Thank you so much for producing a heart centred espresso that's super delicious too.

This is a delightful shop. A bit of a surprise. You could drive by (on The Old Island Hwy at Royston Road) and miss it and that would be too bad. We stop in for coffee and a bite whenever we are in the area and always enjoy it. A bit of a hidden gem.

Recently drove by this little coffee shop and immediately turned around as it looked like such a gem, and it is! The owners are so warm and inviting as is the space, the coffee is delicious and I had the very best trail bar I've ever eaten, my husband had a yummy piece of cheesecake and we also purchased a delightful little piece of locally made art. So glad we turned around and will go back in October when we are back on the island. Don't miss it, its definitely worth a stop.

I only had an almond croissant and it was tasty. But the atmosphere was fabulous, with multiple items for sale besides food and espresso.
Vegetarian options: All the items w/o meat ??♀️
Parking: Difficult to turn into lot from north.

Not sure how a coffee place could be any better.
The atmosphere is simply outstanding. Whoever designed and decorated this place certainly has skills.
Run by a lovely couple who make you feel most welcome and sincerely appreciates your patronage.
I was so stunned by the beauty of the bathroom I had to share a picture.
Though the environment and service is so notable, it’s the coffee and the food that will
make you a regular customer. Had a peanut butter bar and a sausage/egg wrap enroute to Cortes Island yesterday and I gotta admit I can’t wait to sample them again on my way home next week.
Well done Royston Roasting, you really are the gold standard!

A beautiful place in a great location. We dined in, but if you took your coffee and snacks to go, you could enjoy them oceanside. The service was lovely and the coffee is incredible. Will absolutely be coming back to sample more of the locally baked goods they have!

Stopped in for a coffee and snack. Two americanos (one decafe) . Tastes great. The Peanut butter bar is fabulous, rich but not too sweet and huge. The Lemon passion fruit slice was good and original. We will be back. Highly recommended.
Dietary restrictions: Many food sensitivities, they happily check their ingredients.
