Caesar salad with anchovies is a must.
Shuckers choice oysters don't disappoint but for me it's all about the sauces. The jalapeno and mignonette are my favorites. They also have an excellent wine list.”

“A very unique and different style of restaurant.
There is a nice shaded patio where you can sit, or in the restaurant itself. You are greeted at the door by one of the pleasant and friendly servers or hosts. The restaurant looks like something out of Harry Potter. It is all wood, with nice seating booths, through to a stone fireplace. It is stunning and a treat to go and see. Then we move on to the food, nothing can prepare you for the delicious, fresh food items available. Everything is done from scratch, down to their homemade bread and produce brought from their own farm. The array of soup, salads, sandwiches and baked goods available and made fresh is astounding. The meat cheese etc. are fresh and delicious. You can smell the bread baking inside and outside the restaurant, along with the homemade soups and baked goods. The squash soup and smoked meat sandwich are to die for. The soup also comes with a slice of homemade sourdough bread. If you're not satisfied and full enough once you've eaten (hard to believe 😋) you can take bread and baked goods home with you. There is also a store with wonderful soaps, shampoos lip balm all made by the workers.
This is a gem in the middle of Courtney and I highly recommend a visit. Just be prepared to be hooked in and want to visit every time you are in the area.”
