Great couple that run Garlic & Pepper. I was a very frequent customer at the original location on Anderton. It was a sad day when the fire ingulfed the restaurant and the gas station. The food is excellent and I really do miss them and I wish them all the best in their new location. I will definitely drop by for my favorite spicy pork and veggies.
We're from Nanaimo but make a point to stop here whenever we are in Courtenay. We tried the kimbap today and it was great. Prices for food and grocery are reasonable as well. Hope this little store thrives ?
