The automotive decor was fun, the family enjoyed their food and the server was friendly. My burger patty looked made in house and the veggies were very fresh topping it. We stopped in one day but they were closed to give the staff a day off, very understandable in today's world, glad we tried again.
We went to Plates on Sunday Sept 4 @11AM. It was busy, and obvious that they were understaffed. However, all the employees were hustling, and we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server was quick, kind and courteous. She said they had 3 people call in sick. She was definitely on the ball, Our coffee mugs never ran dry, and our food came out quickly considering the staff shortage. The food was absolutely delicious!
