They gave me a 50% refund on the wrong item. I wasted the pizza because my kids doesnt like it.

I felt the service was terrible this evening. The young woman taking our order seemed surprisingly rude- abrupt, snarky, rolling eyes.

Had the chance to take out at Pizza Hut Shelbourne yesterday and Androbelt was very helpful and patient with me. Well accommodating and friendly staff. Food was excellent.
Good pizza but it's getting more and more expensive very time I get one.

For a $7.95 delivery fee plus the customary 15% tip you would expect the delivery driver to read the house numbers at my address. It was awfully embarrassing to have to go knocking because all I was told was that it was delivered….. I found my pizza. And I will now find a new place to order from. Further, there was no sealing sticker on one of the pizzas…. Questionable because my pizza appears one slice down! You can see a smudge where the sticker belongs…..

Rude stuff if you are naturally loud because of a hearing loss.
Always tries to pull some fast ones on the customers.Twice it had happened to me that the same female front staff tried to over charge me. First time it was a few bucks more than the total according to my online order, I thought it was a bit off, double checked, and asked for a correction, still left a tip.Second time, day before Christmas Eve, over $80 worth of food, the same employee tried to add 2 cents as “round-up”, penny round up is for when paying in cash, but I was paying with debit card. When I pointed it out, she had the audacity to actually reply “fine”, and re-did the transaction with an attitude. I was unhappy, but still left a more than 10% tip, because it’s Christmas.That’s already twice that I know of, it might had happened before that I didn’t notice. If this ever happens again, there goes the tip and their reputation.

Ordered online..an hour and a half later I still had not received my order. Called the store and they said no one to deliver my pizza! Almost a week and I still haven't got my money back .
