The Rebel Garage was my go to coffee shop while going to Columbia Paramedic Academy. The Barista (Siobhan) made delicious drinks and always greeted me and my classmates with a smile. Going to miss having the excuse to go to this coffee shop everyday 🙂

Great spot, good vibe and convenient location. The parking lot is a good size it’s got plenty of space and is an excellent spot to stop for breakfast and coffee on the way to uptown or downtown. I had the beef pie which was super good and their coffee was pleasant and inoffensive. Plenty of seating inside with some sun as well which overall made it a great spot to meet with friends or enjoy a relaxing morning coffee and bite.

It's a local gem.
I thought is it a cafe or some event bar or a community meet up spot? And I asked, apart from being a bar, this place is all of it. I liked their atmosphere a lot.
I personally won't go for their latte + croissant (my favourite combo at any cafe. I sadly couldn't finish because it wasn't good), but I'd go for its vibe. I'll try drip coffee next time if they have.

A legendary character, great coffee and smooth rustic charm. We didn’t eat but if the rest of the ambience were food, it’s worth the trip. It’s behind Rebel Ink tattoo shop and has the same theme.
I'm constantly on the lookout for excellent local coffee and Rebel Garage is highly recommended. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the kind baristas. I didn't love that there weren't any vegan baked goods to purchase, alas. I think the owners have to be true to themselves in their food offerings but given that there are no treats that I would eat, I'll stick to my coffee at home rather than return.
Great option for evening hangs too though! So as long as you enjoy dairy, I would recommend Rebel. Otherwise, go elsewhere!
