Ordered on mobile app- a choco hazelnut iced capp, potato wedged, nutella croissant and classic lemonade, order number 9499 (kamal). First of all there were no straws out at the counter or somewhere else so a customer can help themselves if the employees don’t. Next, they forgot to give nutella croissant. Furthermore, i asked 3-4 times for ketchup (which was not stocked at the front), a straw for iced capp and salt pepper to gopini and she said one second and then forgot. They other white young girl was the one giving orders and wasn’t ready to listen for a second that i need something. I didn’t want to create an issue so i am writing here. The whole staff needs to be changed or maybe provide some new training to be a good listener in taking orders. It was my second time visiting this particular location and it’s the second time i came out of store with disappointment. Gopini is not good in english she messed up my order the first time i went there. I understand that english is nit their first language but whoever knows how to take order come take orders at front. Others can make the orders. I am so much disappointed. I will go there one more time next week on tuesday, i hope there will be some changes in service, behaviour, stocking and cleanliness. Thanks.

Tim Hortons is a joke. Still sending out wrong orders… STOP adding ridiculous new menu options! Go back to classic menu only. Tim Hortons is old frozen dough now. Atmosphere is 1 wifi bar strong And not even a smell of coffee in the building its so weak. All i buy anymore, once a month is a donut to pair with a Starbucks pike no fancy BS

Just visited thiis place and service was excellent. Supervisor Jatin is doing a great job 👏🏽. Neat and clean with everything organized. Baked goods were looking so good and shiny. Well done baker 🧑🍳 (Donuts were perfectly glazed). Keep up the amazing work.👍🏼

I like this branch of Timmies. I used to live near by and this was my go to place for coffee. Quite nice service and atmosphere. I always like coming to this store to fetch coffee or snacks though it's a little far from where I live.

Always super slow if you’re a walk in. Mobile orders seem to take priority over customers in line. The wait can get ridiculous at times. The servers taking orders are very friendly and professional, they’re just doing what they’re told, but it is very frustrating to wait so long for them to make mobile orders
Vegetarian options: I wish there were more veggie options
