Regular customer Kevin here. The one and only in the neighborhood. I’d like to thank all the morning team members for always providing the best service in the rush hour. On the contrary, the afternoon team and the night team need to be trained properly. They have not only gave me wrong orders multiple times but also shown poor attitude as if it was my fault. I’m not one of those difficult customers because I totally understand how stressful to work in a fast-paced workplace as I also work in a customer oriented environment. Rush hours like 3-4pm needs more attention and caution from all employees.

Ordered on mobile app- a choco hazelnut iced capp, potato wedged, nutella croissant and classic lemonade, order number 9499 (kamal). First of all there were no straws out at the counter or somewhere else so a customer can help themselves if the employees don’t. Next, they forgot to give nutella croissant. Furthermore, i asked 3-4 times for ketchup (which was not stocked at the front), a straw for iced capp and salt pepper to gopini and she said one second and then forgot. They other white young girl was the one giving orders and wasn’t ready to listen for a second that i need something. I didn’t want to create an issue so i am writing here. The whole staff needs to be changed or maybe provide some new training to be a good listener in taking orders. It was my second time visiting this particular location and it’s the second time i came out of store with disappointment. Gopini is not good in english she messed up my order the first time i went there. I understand that english is nit their first language but whoever knows how to take order come take orders at front. Others can make the orders. I am so much disappointed. I will go there one more time next week on tuesday, i hope there will be some changes in service, behaviour, stocking and cleanliness. Thanks.

I was there today's afternoon & i bought a coffee and i like it but i the person who attended me and his name is AMISH he handled me so nicely that I loves it . Due to this i will come again , thanks to this person (Amish) for helping me out
Staff is always friendly and the food is always good even when it’s busy. Seems to be busy a lot. I will make the 20 minute drive out to this Tim Hortons any day over going to terrible Tim’s on

Tim Hortons is a joke. Still sending out wrong orders… STOP adding ridiculous new menu options! Go back to classic menu only. Tim Hortons is old frozen dough now. Atmosphere is 1 wifi bar strong And not even a smell of coffee in the building its so weak. All i buy anymore, once a month is a donut to pair with a Starbucks pike no fancy BS
