Literally the worst McD. The wait times (dining room) are brutal after a number of occasions. One time, they gave away my food to another person and then, put it back on my tray after the person returned it. Wow, can you guys do a little better?

Don't go here! Its the worst service I've ever delt with. They cant get literally anything right. If you ask for something simple like no cheese. You will get a plane burger with nothing on it. Literally half the time I go here my order isn't right. If you go here be prepared to be pissed off!

Crap service, and they can't answer their damn phone... Make me put my grandchild back in the car and drive there vaz they messed up on the order.. They hang up on you purposely or hook up the fax...If that isn't the biggest jerk move ever!!! Rude ass ppl!!!

Let's be honest. McD's ain't great. We all go there, occasionally. But you'll often end up sitting at a table that could have benefited from a clean (we sure did), waiting a while for your (supposedly fast) food, discovering your coffee is tepid, and your food is slightly stale and not really hot. No option for the much vaunted McCafe (not at this particular "restaurant" anyway), just milky flavorless coffee. Basically, we know what we're going to get (poorish, lukewarm food and slow service), but we keep going back for it again and again. It's a mystery.

Terrible service. Staff clearly would rather be doing anything else than the bare minimum. Had me waiting outside for my single burger for almost 30 minutes-with no lineup to deal with! When I eventually got my meal the burger appeared as if whoever made it smashed it together, making it as thin as possible. Disgusting.
