Crap service, and they can't answer their damn phone... Make me put my grandchild back in the car and drive there vaz they messed up on the order.. They hang up on you purposely or hook up the fax...If that isn't the biggest jerk move ever!!! Rude ass ppl!!!

Let's be honest. McD's ain't great. We all go there, occasionally. But you'll often end up sitting at a table that could have benefited from a clean (we sure did), waiting a while for your (supposedly fast) food, discovering your coffee is tepid, and your food is slightly stale and not really hot. No option for the much vaunted McCafe (not at this particular "restaurant" anyway), just milky flavorless coffee. Basically, we know what we're going to get (poorish, lukewarm food and slow service), but we keep going back for it again and again. It's a mystery.

Terrible service. Staff clearly would rather be doing anything else than the bare minimum. Had me waiting outside for my single burger for almost 30 minutes-with no lineup to deal with! When I eventually got my meal the burger appeared as if whoever made it smashed it together, making it as thin as possible. Disgusting.

They leave you standing at the counter for 5 plus minutes while everybody in the kitchen serves the drive-thru. I didn't think it was possible, but somehow they actually managed to make this place worse with a renovation.
Hands-down the best place to get hard muffins, cold nuggets, and a Mcflurry that's 2/3 full. Need your hot chocolate cup smeared in syrup? They've got you covered.
I rarely get what I ordered. I've stopped using the drive thru because I know I'm going to have to go in and have it remade anyways.

I don't ususally post reviews but my experience was so bad today that I'm going ahead with my first.
Went and ordered in today with my grandfather and was baffled by the lack of a soda dispenser, broken ketchup dispenser, burnt food, 7-10 minute wait time, and overpriced items.
It was around 4pm and I went to order an egg mcmuffin egg and sausage, made it a meal which added an extra $2.50, which still charged me $2 for medium fries, wanted a hashbrown but was told it was a breakfast item, which sure whatever. Charged me $1.50 (with the make it a meal) for an unrefillable medium diet coke that I ordered out of assumption I'd be given an empty cup but due to lack of a soda fountain was stuck with it. Had to ask for some ketchup packets as well, and they gave me a handful, no complaints there.
Find out my Mcmuffin is burnt, of course, didn't ask for a redo cause I was hungry.
I later took the time to research the prices outside of the meal, and med fries were a whopping $5, med soft drinks were $3. It would have been cheaper if I hadn't made it a meal and cut out the drink by $2. Completely overpriced for what I ordered.
The only positive thing I have to say about this place after the redesign is that at least the seats look nice.
The interior design most likely near to starbucks. They have lessen their space.

Amazing service! everything was super quick and fresh, Luciana and Faith who served us on the drive-through were super upbeat and cheerful! Thank you two girls for making my day! I would definitely recommend this McDonalds!
