Probably the best coffee I found while visiting Canada. I come from the Seattle area, where coffee shops are EVERYWHERE, this place was very decent. Great staff, the ladies working where pretty amazing.

I do however wish I could have gotten a larger coffee, largest offered anywhere seemed to be a 16 oz, I'm used to getting 24oz'ers. I know, what an American thing to complain about. 😁

Overall great place to go! If I ever visit again, I will definitely be back.

This cafe was the highlight of our trip to the island! A group of 4 of us went, and got iced lattes and a matcha latte. We also decided to eat breakfast there, the chicken sandwich was an absolute 10/10, the melted brie was incredible. The drinks were delicious, too, but most of all the staff was extremely kind and helpful. My friends had tried a cinnamon bun, a breakfast sandwich, and another dessert, and they all felt just as impressed as I was.

Also, it's in such a nice area that's very close to nearby beaches and walks, with parking, car charging, and a cute playground.

Beyond all of this though, later in the afternoon when we were in the Ferry line, I realized I had lost my wallet. I called and they had it. They went above and beyond and shipped it back to me the next day without asking for anything in return so I wouldn't have to miss the ferry. I can't believe the quality matches the kindness.

One of the best coffees in town ! Always So busy and many bikers love to stop by and have a drink with their friends on this lovely spot ! The new rental property just walking distance from the coffee shop! The outside patio would be dog friendly and great for some fresh air !

Great service across the board. Great food.

Would recommend the turkey bacon sandwich to go light on the mayonnaise. Possibly temper it with sun-dried tomatoes or fresh tomatoes to give it an acidic background touch that would balance out the experience. Bacon gives enough fat that going light on mayo is a better choice.

Every coffee I’ve had at The Marigold Cafe has been absolutely perfect (both hot & iced). And their vegan apple cake? To DIE for. I probably get a slice once a week! On top of that, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It’s one of those places that just feels good to be in. Highly recommend!
