We stopped into the dragonfly for a quick bite and we were delighted by the absolutely delicious paninis. Honestly the best paninis. Definately worth a stop in Salmo to visit the Dragonfly. The smoothie and coffees were also great.

Have been here a few times for breakfast and lunch. It never disappoints. Had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict, with a side of sausage. I probably wouldn't order the sausage again as it was not something I would eat for breakfast, not that it was bad, just unexpected.

Great food, beverages and ice cream! Everything tasted freshly made and not greasy or made from frozen. If you have time to stop and sit or just want something on the go I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing your favourite beverage and maybe some home made pastries, sandwiches or salads. Even if it's a little off your path of travel it's worth it.
Parking: Park in front of the café or across the street in the free lot.

I would give this eatery ten stars, if that was offered. I had breakfast there, the Benedict was perfect,just as ordered..?soooo yummy! The entire staff work very hard to please!

Stopped by after visiting Shambhala Music Festival and was surprised to see a massive menu of not only tasty drinks but also yummy home cooked breakfast with vegetarian options. Service was great and so friendly even though the cafe was swamped with traffic from the festival. I recommend the espresso milkshake - it’s like a less sweet and more refreshing version of a Starbucks frappuccino. Yum!

We stopped on our way from Nelson to fly home out of Spokane. This is such a great stop for food and wonderful service. The staff was so wonderful providing great recommendations. We had the eggs benedict and the breakfast panini. Both were delicious. We will stop on our next time through.
