This is an heritage building with an enormous historical value in the Kootenays. An excellent venue for a touring band to play on a tour. Owners/staff are amazing and know how to host bands. The hotel itself retains a quasi-mystical aura from its long history. I could write a novel, but go see it for yourself!
I rented a Airbnb close to this place. I was told the food was so good here so I decided to have a drink and burger. I can not tell you how GOOD my burger was. I ordered the mushrooms swiss and if I lived there it would be my go to. Im from the states so this was a great. Even the onion rings are the best. I had 2 margaritas.
