I rented a Airbnb close to this place. I was told the food was so good here so I decided to have a drink and burger. I can not tell you how GOOD my burger was. I ordered the mushrooms swiss and if I lived there it would be my go to. Im from the states so this was a great. Even the onion rings are the best. I had 2 margaritas.

Lovely heritage style building. Nicely renovated rooms. Pub has great food and a cedar wrap around bench on covered patio. Burgers are excellent and staff friendly. Central located. Will stay here again

I had a horrible experience here with my friends after shambala. The servers continuously ignored us and didn’t check on our food after we asked and insisted that they were overwhelmed with orders even though the restaurant was half full. It also took an hour and half and we were missing many items that we asked for. I wish Salmo bar would take more responsibility for this poor experience rather than blaming my party and insisting that they were using abusive language while I can verify that no one in my party was. Absolutely disappointing.

Horrible service. Server Hannah was complaining to every customer that she was overwhelmed and was close to walking out . Food took forever to arrive. Appetizer nevwr came after 1.5 hours of ordering. Forgot items on my order.

Almost never had an issue with the food being anything but amazing here under the current management, and the couple times i did have an issue they were super helpful & polite. Poutine & burgers from here are my go to whenever i don’t want to cook!
