I've known Chad for a very long time and when I found out he was a Mortgage Broker, I knew he was the guy to call!

When my possession date moved up a month with only a few weeks to spare - I found out my "approved" mortgage from elsewhere was not complete - and they weren't in a hurry to make it happen.
