We ordered a wild boar salami pizza, and it was some of the best thin-crust pizza we've ever had. As we were taking it back to our rented cottage, the chef wrote precise instructions for reheating it in the oven, which was much appreciated. The salami was so flavourful that it didn't need any other toppings (other than cheese of course!) and the crust was out of this world.
